Items arrived in good condition, with timely delivery and both units work fine. I was a bit disappointed to learn that this was an old shipment from EGO, who knows how long the box had been in inventory. The EGO label said "50+ products", whereas anything you buy from them currently the label says "70+ products". The price was substantially lower than what I could find in a store for a similar, but not exactly the same string trimmer it turns out. Prob. what to expect given the super pricing.
