      The boots arrived with all over scratched soles and heels contacted the seller asking what this was but they did not reply. I think they are seconds there are a few marks that should not be there.I have worn fly boots for years and never received any with damaged soles and heels. For this I will give 4 stars

      We did send a reply to the buyer, the product is full leather so can contain marks/scratches as its a natural material. Offered the buyer a free return if they wanted to return for a refund and the buyer declined and was happy to keep the item?
