Very disappointed with the condition of the locket. The doll isn’t so bad but the locket looks like it’s been in a home where it’s been exposed to extreme nicotine damage- although it doesn’t smell like it it looks like it. I tried soaking it in vinegar & baking soda to see if it would clear it up but it helped very little. It’s so dark you can’t see the doll thru the locket. I wanted this because it’s a duplicate of one of the two little kiddles I had as a child - but this was a sad choice.

I'm sorry that you're dissatisfied with the locket. They were my mother's when she was a kid.(She was born in 1955) There were 6 or 7 at one point all with varied degrees of yellowing. As you said, it wasn't from smoke as they were/are non smokers. Sunlight I'm guessing? The picture was very close and clear. (Doll visible) I even mentioned the yellowing and took a price reduced by 30%. They are rare and hard to find. I feel even the neutral fb is unjust. Would have been willing to refund.
