After scrubbing and scrubbing it still smells like WD-40 and now is totally scratched up. I threw it in my husbands tool box. We have a full set of this pattern, each piece type sealed in zip lock bags for ease of inventory. I opened the different bags to see if any smell was emanating from the bags. None was.
