If You Can Cook a Dish in Dish your Oven, on top of your stove or grill, or in a microwave, you can cook it in an air fryer. I have converted 150 of my delicious recipes for the air fryer: portions, instructions, and cook times have been adjusted to create perfect meals. The air fryer is so simple to use, cooking is fast, and cleanup is quick and easy-and air-frying is so much healthier than deep-frying. Of the many chapters featuring appetizers, sides, poultry, seafood, meats, and sweets, no doubt my favorite is the ode to the potato-a full chapter dedicated to one of my favorite vegetables! I also love the appetizers, chock-full of little bites of party pleasure, including Air-Fried Mac and Cheese Squares, Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels, Caprese Stuffed Portabellas, and Bacon-Wrapped Sausage-Stuffed Jalapeños. Poultry, meat, and seafood dishes, including Barbecue Pork Roast and Salmon Burgers with Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise, are complemented by perfect sides, such as Air-Fried Gluten-Free Green Beans and Air-Fried Asparagus with Plerbed Lemon Aioli. And I haven't forgotten the sweet treats you can make in the air fryer, including Fried Apple Pies, Paula's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, and Air Fryer S'mores. I promise, y'all, by using my air fryer recipes, you'll enjoy crispy and moist meats, crisp and light veggies, and delicious sweets. Book jacket.
