    I had already ordered one set and gave it a great review. I ended up having to purchase a new set. My second DVD cracked while pulling it out of the case. I've never in my life had to push down on the center button to release a DVD from the case. I always just pulled it off from a corner my ENTIRE DVD watching Lifetime. You MUST PUSH the center button when pulling from the DVD case. It will crack if you don't.
