Can't say WHO it was delivered to but it surely was not to me. I called UPS and they said it was delivered, end of subject. NO HELP AT ALL. I contacted the seller asking if they could be of help and was told UPS said it was delivered. End if subject. So, I cannot rate the product and i guess I'm just out of the less than $10 it cost me. I will not order anything that is shipped by UPS . NOT HAPPY End of story!!!
