The appearance is phenomenal. It was very reasonably priced. I will probably be returning it, though, as it is much too small for the amount of items I have to carry with me at all times. That is not a flaw of the bag. That is a flaw of mine. I read the dimensions thought it would be sufficient I thought incorrectly.
