    Seller shipped the item very timely, and it is even more beautiful in person. While the seller wrapped and packaged the item very well, the mouth was broken upon opening it. Communication was prompt, and they offered to do a refund. I love the piece, and although it was broken, it can be fixed with a little super glue. The item was WELL wrapped in large bubble wrap, so the seller did their due diligence to ensure safe packaging. I do recommend the seller
