After my cancer surgery, I sometimes get lymphadema in my watch arm. When I bought the watch 25 years ago, the jeweler didn't give me the links she removed -- but it's good to go now! The extender looks like part of the original Pulsar/Seiko band, and as you can see, the extender is not visible from the top or sides of the watch. Thanks, Alan. A++++
