    I ordered 5 fur hats October 1 and paid $25. each. Ups brought yesterday and said i have to pay $49 tariff to receive. I refused. Seller now asks me to pay the tax first then she will send me the $49 back later. This isn't right. I have asked repeatedly for a refund. There is no mention of a tarrif in the posted ad.
