I'm sorry to hear about this. This is highly unusual as it's not a sticker, it's printed directly onto the shirt. Recommended washing instructions are low temp 30C max, turn shirt inside out, use gentle non bleaching detergents, no tumble drying, to preserve the print quality. Happy to replace or refund.
