It was not mentioned in the description that they were thicker than the standard drives. When we tried to return, the shippers return address was not recognized as a valid address by any of the North American shippers we contacted. I would advise the shipper to clearly describe the dimensions of these drives and find a way to have a return address that North American clients can use.
