Item was faulty but the seller made it really difficult for us to get a replacement or refund. First we had to get the garage to send evidence that the EGR valve was faulty, then we had to take the part out ourselves (we are not mechanics) and send a photo of the part number. It felt like the seller didn't trust us. By the time we'd done all this, they no longer had another part to replace this one so we finally got a refund.
