We could not use them and we could not use the return address that was provided by the seller as it was not recognized by any of the North American shippers we contacted.

It was not mentioned in the description that they were thicker than the standard drives. When we tried to return, the shippers return address was not recognized as a valid address by any of the North American shippers we contacted. I would advise the shipper to clearly describe the dimensions of these drives and find a way to have a return address that North American clients can use.
