The hollow ends of the stock screws require special tools that are out of reach to most hobbyists to peen over. The accepted factory rebuild practice is to use thread lock in its place. The service parts from Honda also omitted the hollow end. If you are still unhappy I would be more than happy to accept a return. I appreciate the chance to make sure you are satisfied!
