We are very confused by this feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the mix up with the shipment due to human error. We were 100% up front with you and honest about what happened, and had been corrected. When purchasing anything (unless you go directly to the manufacturer to purchase from) you are going to be buying from a "middle man", we call it being an authorized dealer. Your order was drop shipped directly from Hogworkz and scheduled to be delivered Friday 7/16.
