Measurements like yours are worthless. You need to lay the latex perfectly flat, pressing it with a ruler. Such a loose measurement could result in a result that's 5 cm shorter. An elementary school child could do it better. It's difficult to argue with a customer who can't use a ruler correctly. If the size doesn't fit, you have the right to return the item.
