Didn't leave a negative review because in the electronics industry there is an expected 30% failure rate right out of the factory. Can't expect seller to test them before shipping. That would be very time consuming and expensive. Always follow manufacture guide lines back IC for 24 hours 100 C anyways you should of reached out prolly could of returned the chips not a big deal as long as they match our datacode on the roll best of luck
