    Requested a refund after a USPS mix up (which was no fault of the seller). but once I requested a refund due to it being so long since I purchased the item I never heard anything back from the seller and item was shipped anyway.

    Not true. Item was returned being undeliverable to your address. I emailed immediately and told you I had re-sent it. You took over a day to tell me after the fact it wasn't wanted. You never once requested a refund.
