This buy was a mess from the get go! 11 days to mail a small lil pkg. Ends of the “elastic” look like they were chewed off! Not sure how to work it to get it on. So I msg she said YEA I NOTICED THAT & IT DOES LOOK BAD. I WASNT SURE IF MAYBE U COULD WORK IT OUT? KIND OF LIKE BEST OF LUCK ~ LET ME KNOW HOW THAT GOES! & on top of all that mess THE TIE WOULD NOT HANG STRAIGHT! & attitude was like GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!??

I couldn't control the time it took for you to receive the package once it was shipped. My listing showed a photo of the elastic so there was nothing hidden. What I said was that I wasn't sure how it was supposed to be worn since I never used it and I had hoped that any potential buyers would know how to use it - I never said those other things. You never told me what you wanted from me....I would have gladly given a refund rather than have you ruin my perfect feedback score
