The Sunlite CFL bulbs are fully bright the moment the switch is turned on. Unlike the Sunlite, these Eco Lighting CFL bulbs start up gradually. In the beginning it is dim. Then it gradually gets brighter and brighter. Maybe that’s an advantage to the bulb life.
