      Seller sent defective motherboard, one of four memory channels non-functional. Seller gave incorrect information (according to manufacturer's manual) about what might be wrong and asked me to perform multiple trouble-shooting steps, all of which I provided. Seller refused both my offer of partial refund or to send a replacement board with return label. Seller instead expected me to pay shipping to return the defective motherboard in a way that skirts customs taxes.
