Oddly, there was no powder inside the envelope... it was limited to compact. There were no large chunks of powder either, which would likely have resulted if it broke during transit. I believe this was shipped to me already damaged, w/ whatever powder remained. There was a bunch of powder... but not as much as there should have been. The seller immediately told me to contact USPS, & doesn't take returns.
