      Though the item sent was not fully functioning which is to be half expected when buying any used car parts, the seller made it right and refunded the order. Would recommend this seller to anybody who needs used car parts but don't want to take a gamble and lose money on a used part not working.

      He did contact us and he said it wasn't working correctly in his vehicle. He said he took it to a dealer and decided to buy a new unit since he had to have it programmed. We couldn't really trouble shoot since he had already removed it, so all we could do was offer him to return it for a refund which he did not want to do. I am not really sure beyond that what we could do for him.
