The Asus M5A78L LE is a socket AM3+ motherboard designed for use with machines that support an ATX form factor. This ASUS motherboard features core unlocking technology which can unlock the extra cores on an AMD CPU with just the click of a button. The Asus M5A78L LE supports the AMD Sempron, AMD Phenom II X3, and AMD Athlon II X2 as well as the AMD Phenom II X2, AMD Athlon II x4, and AMD Athlon II X3 processors. The AMD Phenom II X4, AMD Phenom II X6, and AMD FX processors are supported as well. This socket AM3+ motherboard has four memory card slots and can support a maximum of 16 GB of DDR3 memory with a maximum speed of 1333 MHz. Hard drive connectivity for this ASUS motherboard is available via an ATA-133 connection and six SATA-300 connections, with support for RAID 0, RAID 1, and RIAD 10 as well as JOBD configurations. The unit has three PCI, two PCIe 2.0 x1, and PCI 2.0 x16 expansion slots. Connections on this ASUS motherboard include two PS/2 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and a serial port as well as a parallel port, three audio ports, and a gigabit Ethernet connection.

    the first one was defective but they sent a replacement and it works good and the seller stands by his word i tested 2 cpu 2 different memory and power supply on the first defective one like they asked second replacement they sent took a little extra time and they even tracked it leaving me updates and when it arived i tested it and everything worked with no problems and they stand behind their word negative replacement took longer then the first one
