    I chose to have them send a refurbished unit first, and then I sent in my faulty unit, which added a little complication, but got my treadmill working sooner. The refurbished unit looked good and immediately worked as expected. I'm happy with the quality and the cost. I was a little disappointed that they never replied to an email that I sent (not thru eBay).

    The board was repaired and the treadmill is back running. Return shipping took 13 days and box was in poor condition but I blame that on USPS, the worst shipping service.
