I have bought clusters like these in the past and that’s not been the case; nor did he put this information into the ad. It’s sloppy, low effort, and wrong. Asked for a refund since I now have to come out of pocket well over $100 to get it programmed plus lost time. He wouldn’t do that small gesture over $50. Pretty cheap.
