Thermal compound is good quality, similar to GC chemical or what you'd get from most electronic supply shops, not quite as high oxide loading as something like Rawn 1000 series or Thermalloy XL, but is less of a paste and easier to spread. Each pack is enough for about 4 TO-220 size transistors without insulator, maybe 2 with. (Or one SOT227 ('hockey puck') superfet module). Great deal!
