The product was carefully packaged, so it arrived safely. The installation instructions were also clear, making installation easy and simple. I'm completely satisfied with the product's performance. The accelerator feels different in my car. It feels like a completely different car. I'm currently on mode 3, but I plan to test it in other modes as well. I highly recommend this product.
