    Cheap copy of original. Poor quality plastic, parts break easily. Indicators wouldnt work without a lot of time to fix. Globe clips fell off. No help from seller.

    The customer contacted our support team regarding the issue. After several exchanges, it appears that the problem occurred during installation, with some parts breaking. It is clear that the product did not arrive damaged; however, we approved the customer’s claim and instructed them to return the item for a brand-new replacement. Since our last message requesting the return, we have not received any response from the customer.
