It was safely packaged to contain any spills and appears to be the genuine article (Redline Detection 96-0039 Smoke Producing Fluid 8oz - for Leak Detection). I have not used it yet as I just received it. I could have purchased a much cheaper food grade mineral oil for $8.00, but I spent the extra money for the good stuff. You usually get what you pay for. I'm hoping for superior results.
