      No communication, no tracking provided. Contacted seller who contacted Hunter who said they were out of stock until End of August.

      We actually did communicate when asked for a shipping status. Hunter gave us incorrect information stating that the item was out of stock. Customer requested refund which was promptly given. We then got a message from Hunter stating the item was actually available. We updated the customer letting them know of the error. They declined to reorder.
