I received the printhead today, because it has to travel quite a bit to get to me in the caribbean. Unfortunately it didn’t work. The printer says that the printerhead is missing. So I am very disappointed, it also didn’t look like a new one the parcel wasn’t sealed. I hope you can send me a new one as promised.
