    Sorry for the issue. We use a lot of bubble wrap on these to keep them safe. If it arrived damaged it was due to the shipping carrier miss-handling. You would be able to throw it like a baseball and it would be fine. Something must have crushed it during shipping. Please open a case through your purchase history as it is insured from damage. Thanks
