The cups were exactly what was descibed and I was needing to replace broken one's in my set. The box they sent it in from USPS was beat up, ripped and bent even though they put fragile glass on every side. The cups themselves were individually double bubble wrapped and peanuts packed around them too. They survived the torture of the USPS delivery service. Thank you.
