I was happy to receive it in good condition, as I had one and it shattered. It looks new as described. The legs of the tray were not level on my counter, no fault of the seller. I was able to fix the teetering with the addition of felt pads on two of the legs and the seller was kind enough to cover the cost of those pads -- I am very impressed with this seller and very happy to have the tray on my countertop. Thank you.
