I didn't think anything of it until the package arrived, but it was corroded from mouse pee. I talked to the seller about it and he looked for other options, but it was easier to give me a discount in light of the unexpected damage. Overall, great communication from the seller, and good value for money.

    Robot arm was shipped timely and at a reasonable price. The shipping charges were not artificially inflated beyond reason, which some sellers try to do. The box arrived without damage due to adequate packing material to cushion the contents. It was listed as needing repairs. There were three spare motors were included in the purchase - unfortunately none are suitable for the missing gripper motor. I believe description was a fair representation made in good faith. It was a good transaction.
