    Thank you for your kind words about this purchase but I would like to point out that I use EBays shipping calculator that is tied to USPS rates and neither EBay nor I have any control over those rates. I use a postal scale to weigh the items I list for sale before I list them which includes all packing material so there is accuracy in my shipping costs. Also USPS requires that any package that weighs between 2 rates brackets have to use the higher bracket so for example 1 lbs 5 oz = 2 lbs.
