Took lots of detailed photos, and emailed the seller about the issue (plier bit marks and hard water deposit) for a full refund. Boxed the item back in the original packaging. Drive to the USPS to ship the item back. Waisted more then 2 hours for the entire experience! Item Condition not as described.
