Contacted the seller three times, but no reply. This was a relatively expensive dress that needs to be dry-cleaned, and I suggested a partial refund of what I paid to cover this expense. I thought that was reasonable and I'm disappointed that the seller didn't even bother to reply. Relatively expensive?! A 30c wash costs less than £1. Then threatened to report me, for not responding to her unreasonable demands, and now left this misleading feedback. Rude. Aggressive. Demanding. Manipulative.
