But this seller took almost £35 from my refund claiming that one of the bags in the box had been opened and re-sealed and the packing tape to seal it back up had damaged the cardboard box. The seller claimed it would now cost to have it re-packaged. This means this seller is re-packaging returned items and selling them as new which is against the law. eBay agreed and gave me my money back. They are still brand new! Ebay upheld the £35 refund reduction our end - They took the hit. We are entitled to deduct a certain percentage if a return costs us money to re-pack etc. Ebay give us the option to do this!
