    Bought a laptop, no ebay shipping update, no tracking number, and no communication from seller. Finally, 13 days later they blamed the canada post strike. I'm fairly certain the laptop didn't vanish into thin air just because of the strike. Ebay had to step in so I could get a full refund. I wasted a ebay coupon code on this purchase that I then couldn't reuse again.
