I reached out to the seller, he responded rather quick, and provided the original purchase receipt for verification. I opened the product in front of my local TCG shop just to be safe and make sure everything was in the box. Everything turned out great, everything was in the box, and it turns out the seal was just weird. Seller was responsive and willing to handle a request prior to shipping.
