      Vender shipped a fragile air cleaner in the inner paperboard box via UPS (rather than UPS's recommended corrugated cardboard. When it arrived broken in several places they told ME to file a claim with the shipper, not their problem. They stated that they ship like this often. Ebay had to step in to refund my purchase.

      Sorry that your package came in damaged. We have no control over how UPS handles the packages. These are packaged well but unfortunately unexpected situations happen, and packages come broken from the shipping company. All orders have $100 insurance that are more than enough to file a claim and get reimbursement for the damage. Thank you
