      The item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. It does have a significant crack at the base that was not disclosed in the listing. The seller does not offer refunds, so I did not reach out to to request one. I rechecked the photos, and the crack is shown, but it is only visible after zooming in. The teapot matches my grandmother's china and was the last piece I needed to complete the set.
