This seller is multi listings under multi Seller IDs for the same items with slightly different prices. When no stock availablle, they even reply with exact same reason, waiting time frame word for word when asked for full refund. They claimed that buyer request to canceled my order not them. Be aware!

They offered to contact Australia Post but what is the point if the item does not have tracking. Seller has not responded to my last message on 14 August. We responded to all your messages within 24 hours. The item was dispatched via Australia Post after payment was cleared, but unfortunately, the delay was beyond our control. We understand the frustration caused by shipping delays, and we did everything possible to resolve the situation fairly.
