Was described as sealed and brand new, it was very clearly resealed and a headset that was used for a very short amount of time as there was light scratches on an earpiece, one of the wireless dongles had been opened, the instruction manual had clearly been handled and there was dust and muck around the mic and yet sold the unit as brand new and refused a partial refund. So I've basically paid £40 more than a used unit for no reason. Packaging was fine. Won't use again.
