The seller took 8 days to cancel & refund an order they couldnt fulfil, this only being due to the fact I made contact with them, otherwise I'd still be waiting as no effort to contact me was made. Upon further investigation it appears they operate as a drop shipper without their own inventory. The location of the item was also misrepresented, as inventory is not based in the UK as the listing implied.
