    Product came very quickly and arrived, thank goodness, unharmed, intact and still in the envelope. I had a problem with how these earbuds were shipped, in a simple Manila envelope. Envelope had a large rip at the top, and I was surprised that they arrived in the original package. Great value, as described, perfect earbuds!

    Inner pot dented, power cord missing, and doesn't stay on if cord wiggles at all. Seller immediately arranged for delivery of missing power cord but it had the wrong type of plug. Seller then refunded equivalent of cost for me to order the right cord. When I received the right cord and discovered the faulty electrical connection, seller agreed to full refund. So, a failed purchase but a very responsive and fair seller.
